Rotomolded tanks are produced from fixed molds, so they come in standard sizes and the rest of the project has to be designed around them. Our extrusion-welded tanks are built from poly sheet to your exact dimensions, with no tooling to buy and no standard size to work around.

You define the capacity, the footprint, and the features. We build the tank to fit the project.

Send us a drawing, a sketch, or just the footprint and required gallons. After the quote is approved we will return a submittal drawing with dimensions, port locations, and selected features.

CNC routed from sheet

Every panel, partition, and gusset is cut on a CNC router from copolymer polypropylene or HDPE sheet.

Extrusion welded to DVS

Welded inside and out to DVS 2205 and 2207 by trained fabricators, and designed to withstand the vibration, temperature extremes, and chemical exposure of demanding service environments.

Tested and documented

Hydrostatic and spark tested before it leaves our facility, marked with its tank ID and capacity, and shipped with a Certificate of Compliance.

Built for the fluid, not just the footprint.

The fluid decides the material. Copolymer polypropylene and HDPE sheet handle DEF, water and foam, mobile water storage, and a wide range of chemical solutions without corrosion, liners, or paint, and we confirm compatibility for every application before we cut sheet.

Whatever the tank holds, it is built the same way: welded sheet, partitioned for the load, sized to your drawing.

Built to carry the load, not just hold the fluid.

A tank full of fluid on a moving vehicle or a running genset is a structure, not a box. Every Collab tank is partitioned and gusseted for that load, and every seam is welded inside and out.

Solid sheet wallCopolymer polypropylene or HDPE exterior walls, 1/2″ standard and 3/4″ available. Nothing to corrode, peel, or delaminate: no liner, no coating.

Compartmented for surgePartitions keep the fluid from slamming end to end on braking, cornering, or startup, and tie the walls together so the tank holds its shape when full.

Fills and drains as one tankFlow relief at the floor and at mid-height lets every compartment fill, vent, and drain together, with no trapped volume.
