AT A GLANCE
A DEF / urea tank that fits the space you have, not the space a catalog assumes.
Rotomolded DEF tanks come in fixed sizes. Ours are welded from sheet to your drawing, so the tank fills the stub area, the deck, or the enclosure bay you actually have.

TYPICAL INSTALLATIONS
Built to the space the package gives you.
In the sub-base cutout
The designated cutout at the end of a UL 142 / UL 2085 sub-base diesel tank, typically 65 to 140″ wide and 24 to 40″ tall. We build the tank to the cutout so the space holds the most DEF it can.
Alongside the enclosure
A footprint-matched tank on the pad beside the enclosure. We size it to the length you have, keep the profile low, and place the fill and dosing ports on the service side.
Under a covered deck
A covered pad, on a rooftop or at grade. The cover sets the height and the pad sets the footprint; we hold both, down to the 1/8″.
QUESTIONS WE GET
What genset packagers ask before the first order.
Can you fit our tanks in the designated cutout area of a sub-base diesel tank?
Yes. Send the cutout dimensions (length, width, height) and the capacity you need, and we return a quote with a rendering of the tank in that space. The tank is drawn to the opening with clearance for the lifting hardware and fittings.
Polypropylene or HDPE for DEF?
Both are compatible with DEF per ISO 22241. Most of our DEF tanks are copolymer polypropylene; HDPE is available when your specification calls for it. The material is chosen by your spec, not by the tank style.
What do you need for a quote?
A drawing if you have one. If not, the footprint, the height limit, the capacity, and the port sizes you need. Quantity and mounting details help.
When will Collab provide a submittal drawing?
After the quote is approved we will provide a submittal drawing with overall tank dimensions, port sizes and locations, lifting points, and selected options. After your approval your tank will enter our production process.

GETTING STARTED
Send us a specification or a drawing.
That is all it takes to start. You get a quote with a rendering of your tank, then a submittal drawing with every port placed and every dimension finalized before we cut sheet.
You send a spec or a drawing
A formal drawing, a sketch, or just the footprint, capacity, and fluid. Port sizes, mounting, and quantity help if you have them.
We return a quote with a rendering
Your tank drawn to your dimensions, so you can see the fit before you commit.
You approve a submittal drawing
Ports placed, features selected, dimensions finalized. Production starts on your approval.
