Apparatus water & foam tanks
Baffled tanks to your NFPA 1901 requirements, rectangular or stepped, with the fill tower and sump where your drawing puts them.
Skid-base & forestry tanks
Custom-sized tanks for the back of a pickup or brush truck, on a welded polypropylene skid base that will not rust.
Speedlay trays
Hose trays built to your compartment dimensions and hose load, with drain openings and a lowered pull end.
Ladder rack hooks
Polypropylene hooks and saddles for ground-ladder storage, cut to your ladder rail and rack spacing.
Poly boxes
Welded polypropylene boxes, bins, and compartment liners that take abuse without rust, dents, or paint.
Rub rails

QUESTIONS WE GET
What apparatus builders ask first.
Do your tanks meet NFPA 1901?
We build each tank to the NFPA 1901 tank requirements your apparatus design specifies, as shown on the approved drawing, including baffling, fill tower, sump, and overflow provisions. Certification of the completed apparatus remains with the apparatus manufacturer.
Do you build tanks for brush trucks and forestry units?
Yes. Custom-sized skid-base tanks for the back of a pickup or brush truck, on a welded polypropylene base, with the pump platform and plumbing provisions your unit needs.
What do you need from us to quote a tank?
The body layout or the space the tank has to fit, the capacity, where the fill tower and sump go, and how the tank mounts. A drawing is ideal; a dimensioned sketch works.
When will Collab provide a submittal drawing?
After the quote is approved we will provide a submittal drawing with overall tank dimensions, port sizes and locations, lifting points, and selected options. After your approval your tank will enter our production process.
What is the lead time?
It averages under 6 weeks after approved drawings. Tell us your production slot and we schedule to it.

GETTING STARTED
Send us a specification or a drawing.
That is all it takes to start. You get a quote with a rendering of your tank, then a submittal drawing with every port placed and every dimension finalized before we cut sheet.
You send a spec or a drawing
A formal drawing, a sketch, or just the footprint, capacity, and fluid. Port sizes, mounting, and quantity help if you have them.
We return a quote with a rendering
Your tank drawn to your dimensions, so you can see the fit before you commit.
You approve a submittal drawing
Ports placed, features selected, dimensions finalized. Production starts on your approval.
