HOW IT WORKS
Three ways a custom part starts.
From your drawing
Send a drawing or a 3D file. We quote it and return a submittal drawing for approval.
From a sketch
A dimensioned sketch and a description of what the part has to do is enough to start.
From a photo with dimensions
Photograph the part you need to replace, write the dimensions on it, and send it. We draw the replacement in PP or HDPE.
QUESTIONS WE GET
What people ask about custom work.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One piece is fine. Short runs are priced per piece with no tooling or setup charge beyond the drawing.
What file types do you take?
PDF drawings, DXF or DWG, and STEP files. A photo with dimensions written on it works for simple parts.
Can you match a part made in steel or fiberglass?
Often, yes. Polypropylene and HDPE replace steel where corrosion or weight is the problem; we check the loads and suggest wall thickness and gussets.
How long does it take?
Quoted per job. Most parts ship in a few weeks after the submittal drawing is approved.

GETTING STARTED
Send us a specification or a drawing.
That is all it takes to start. You get a quote with a rendering of your tank, then a submittal drawing with every port placed and every dimension finalized before we cut sheet.
You send a spec or a drawing
A formal drawing, a sketch, or just the footprint, capacity, and fluid. Port sizes, mounting, and quantity help if you have them.
We return a quote with a rendering
Your tank drawn to your dimensions, so you can see the fit before you commit.
You approve a submittal drawing
Ports placed, features selected, dimensions finalized. Production starts on your approval.
